AmCham believes that continued investment in higher education is key to producing highly skilled graduates and attracting and retaining multinational investment in Ireland. We continue to advocate for the promotion of increased apprenticeship options as an alternative pathway for students post-secondary level education and be linked with a national upskilling and re-skilling strategy to encourage life-long learning.
AmCham believes access to suitable and affordable accommodation is critical to attracting US multinational investment. We believe there should be a continued focus on the delivery of housing under the ‘Housing for All’ Plan.
The development of a digitalised solution to meet the employment permit and visa needs of those choosing to relocate to Ireland to study and work.
